Internet Computer Developments

• Dr Paul Liu, one of the most tenured engineers of dfinity conducted a lecture with students of Singapore University of Social Science and introduced the Internet Computer.
• Dfinity came out with a new update for Heartbeat improvement and timers; on the IC side there will be a single one-off global timer, on the Motoko and SDK sides, there will be standard library support for multiple and interval timers.

• Dfinity is calling all developers for the “BUIDL for Web3” Hackathon with a prize pool of $10k.
• After his success at Singapore, Dominic Williams will be speaking at London on Dfinity for TOKEN2049.
